Mark Mondesir to host Yamaha drum clinics

Yamaha have enlisted self taught British drummer Mark Mondesir for a series of clinics on tour this June featuring brother Michael on bass.

Self taught British drummer Mark Mondesir has been enlisted by music instrument company Yamaha for a series of drum clinics on tour this June. Mondesir shares a long relationship with Yamaha since 1998 and will feature brother Michael Mondesir on bass guitar.

Mark is renowned for his work with Courtney Pine, Julian Joseph, Kevin Eubanks, John Scofield, John McLaughlin, Jeff Beck, The London Symphony Orchestra, Pee Wee Ellis and many more. Michael’s career has seen him play with titans from Billy Cobham to Ronnie Wood and Jethro Tull.

The pair will present as a duo at clinics that are expected to be spontaneous, expressive and in particular engaging in intimate and relaxed environments. Spaces will be limited.
