St. Vincent is largest of the 32 islands that make up St Vincent and the Grenadines.

St. Vincent is blessed with lush mountains, volcanic-rich soil and unspoiled landscapes of brilliant flora and beautiful crystal clear waters. It is known by the Caribs as Hairoun (“Land of the Blessed”).

It is home to the bustling city of Kingstown with its vibrant market square, the picturesque Botanical Gardens - the oldest in the Western Hemisphere, the beautiful pools of Dark Views Falls, the Vermont Nature Trail ideal for hikers and birdwatchers, as well as La Soufriere, St. Vincent’s active volcano - experienced hikers can climb right to the summit.

In March the island comes to life with music and festivity during the SVG Blues & Rhythms Festival.
