The sad recent death of Etta deprived the music world of one of its greatest blues singers.
Recorded in Los Angeles with renowned arranger Gene Barge and veteran producer Ralph Bass at the controls, the original 11-track 'Losers Weepers' album is bolstered here with a generous 11 bonus titles cut variously in Hollywood, Chicago and Philadelphia between 1969 and 1973.
The album features all-time great Etta James cuts such as the title track, 'I Got It Bad And That Ain't Good', 'You're The Fool' and the devastating 'Weepers'.
