The lady is back with the follow-up to her excellent 2009 CD ‘Bloom’. The new CD ‘Unscripted‘ takes her to the next level. I spoke to Cindy earlier this year and she was very excited at the prospect of this new release. The first single ‘Massive Transit’ is riding high on the Smooth Jazz charts and it was a recent Track of the Week on Fusion Flavours too.
Things are moving in the right direction for Cindy after winning two Contemporary Jazz awards earlier this year and playing across the US at many of the top festivals. My Track of the Week is ‘Lifted‘, a great piece of cool jazz written by producer Michael Broening and Cindy herself. The growth and musicianship since her last release is phenomenal.
